Sharon Jaynes has been encouraging women through ministry for over twenty-five years. She served for ten years as vice president and radio co-host for Proverbs 31 Ministries and is the best-selling author of 24 books and Bible studies. She has also written numerous magazine articles and devotions for various Christian publications. Sharon has been featured on several radio and television programs such as Focus on the Family, Family Life Today, and Revive Our Hearts. She currently writes for Proverbs 31 Ministries' Encouragement for Today devotions, and teaches at their She Speaks conference.
Sharon is also the co-founder of Girlfriends in God, Inc., a non-denominational ministry that crosses generational, denominational and racial boundaries to bring the Body of Christ together as believers. Sharon and her husband Steve have been married 39 years.
